Pancakes for Two or Three:
-1 cup Flour
-1 tbsp Sugar -1 tsp Baking Powder -1/2 tsp Baking Soda -1/2 tsp Salt -1 Egg -1 1/4 cup Milk - 2 tbsp Oil Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine milk, oil and egg; stir into dry ingredients and mix well. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto lightly greased frying pan; turn when bubbles start to form on the top of pancakes. Cook until second side is golden brown. Makes approximately 8 or 9 pancakes. I like to serve these with my homemade caramel sauce. Recipe is in the link below: |
