Chicken Meatballs:
2 lbs ground chicken
1 egg
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs OR instant oats
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Clubhouse Italiano Seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Mix well. Shape into 1 1/2 inch meatballs. Makes at least 2 dozen. Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes. Add your favorite sauce or put them onto the freezer for a later date.
*This can be used for chicken burgers as well. Just shape into patties and fry each side until browned and center is no longer pink.
