Russian Chicken

Russian Chicken:

1 bottle Russian Dressing 
1 jar apricot jam
1 pkg Onion Soup Mix
4-6 Chicken Breasts cut into pieces


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 
Place chicken in a 9x13 pan.
Mix dressing, soup mix and jam together in a bowl. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for about an hour or until chicken is tender. Serve over rice. Enjoy!
